My take on the current state of our nation thanks to our wonderful President

 Hi everyone, 


I just went to check the news at www.drudgereport.com as I do periodically throughout the week to keep my finger on the pulse of the planet so to speak.


I am wondering why are we as a nation allowing our so called President Mr. Trump to bomb our ally Iran? To me this is the height of hubris.

He is literally in Telaviv as I write this using the United States military to preform coordinate strikes with a hostile foriegn power on our ally.

It seems to me we are on the verge of nuclear war, I am primarly concerned with the level of polution one of those bombs going off would cause, even though it is "over there".

Do you have an answer to this ongoing concern?

My official statement is this, neither Hebrewstane nor Ukraine have a right to exist.  I will write further blog posts with detailed plans of actions to bring an end to both of these apastate nations which belong in an anals of history.

Practicing self compassion

 Hello readers and thank you for reading. Today I attended a class on practicing self compassion the lesson was on a strategy using the acronym R.A.I.N. R. Recognize A. Accept I. Investigate N. Nurture. This class helped me to realize that how I was approaching my negative feelings has not been working, I had been looking for a strategy to run away.  For me this manifests as watching TV, sleeping too much, eating, going to a friends house as a strategy to avoid what I need to do.  What I really need to do at this point is to tidy my house, work out, draw, practice music, read books and be productive. To check in on my personal life I have been working at a job very near my house and this has been enormously helpful in putting me in a better mood over all.  I enjoy my job and the people I work with.  The pay isn't good but it's simple work, it gets me out of the house and I am happy to be making money.
